Logistics Administrative Assistant in Boskoop (August through January)

What are you going to do?

Are you looking for a temporary job in the autumn? For a production site in Boskoop, we are looking for enthusiastic temporary staff to provide administrative support to the production and logistics team.

In this office role, you ensure that all incoming and outgoing goods flows are processed correctly. Together with production and logistics management, you ensure that orders are shipped on time and with the correct documentation. Accuracy and a good overview are important in this regard.

Our client is not only a garden plant nursery but also a major supplier of Christmas arrangements to large retailers throughout Europe. During the Christmas season, large volumes are processed and specific requirements apply. With production facilities in the Netherlands and Poland, this is one of the busiest and most dynamic periods of the year.

Period:

August 2026 to early January 2027. Minimum 4 days per week. Start and end dates by mutual agreement.

What are you going to do?

  • Processing the logistics administration of incoming and outgoing goods.
  • Administrative booking of orders.
  • Assisting with keg administration.
  • Keep inventory and warehouse data up to date.
  • Collaborating with production and logistics to ensure a smooth order process.

Large volumes are processed daily from multiple production locations for well-known retailers domestically and internationally. The Christmas season, in particular, is a dynamic period in which thousands of Christmas arrangements find their way to customers throughout Europe. Due to the combination of production, logistics, and international trade, no two days are the same, and you will work in an environment where collaboration and quality are paramount.

Requirements

  • You are at least 18 years old and have an MBO or HBO level of working and thinking.
  • You work easily with various computer programs.
  • You possess good communication and social skills.
  • You have a good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
  • You make connections quickly, work accurately, and take initiative independently.
