What are you going to do?
As Project Management Coordinator, you are responsible for the integral management of multiple projects within the port area of Rotterdam. You draw up project schedules, monitor progress and budgets, and manage risks with sharp analyses. You work with the Celon project management system and ensure that the team is always in control.
You actively advise on the project approach and support in determining the right strategy. Together with the team, you monitor quality and ensure up-to-date project information. As a permanent sparring partner, you bring structure and overview to projects ranging from real estate to civil engineering.
You not only deliver value within projects, but also contribute to the further professionalization of the project management profession.
About the employer
You will be working for a major player in port development in the Rotterdam region. This position is within the Port Development department, where sustainable and future-proof port projects are being worked on. Think of infrastructure, real estate, quays and waterways. The work location is easily accessible from Rotterdam, Vlaardingen, Schiedam, Barendrecht and Spijkenisse, among others. You will work in a team with approximately 30 colleagues within the Project Management Office, in a dynamic environment with plenty of development opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum HBO work and thinking level, preferably in the direction of technology or business administration
- At least 4 years of experience in project management within civil engineering, civil engineering or real estate projects
- Experience with project management tools such as Celon; experience with Risman is a plus
- Certification in Prince2 and possession of VCA-VOL is a strong advantage
- Skill in drawing up and monitoring planning, risks and finances
- Excellent command of the Dutch language

- A gross monthly salary between €5,655 and €6,362 based on 36 hours, depending on experience
- A 36-hour workweek, with working days from Monday to Friday
