You help customers with their insurance questions. You ensure they quickly receive clarity and feel confident when they leave. With your advice, they know exactly what to expect and what best suits their situation.

- You answer questions by telephone and email.
- You advise new and existing customers about motorcycle, car and other non-life insurance policies.
- You build strong and personal customer relationships.
- You recognize commercial opportunities and respond to them, such as with cross-selling.
- You think about better processes and higher customer satisfaction.
- You process administration and policy changes quickly and correctly.
About the employer
Specialists in motorcycle insurance in the Netherlands and Belgium. With approximately 40 colleagues in the Netherlands and 6 in Belgium, we're large enough to make an impact yet small enough to maintain a personal touch. No suits or cumbersome structures. Communication lines are short. Clients often speak to the same employee. New colleagues receive a trial motorcycle lesson to experience the thrill of riding for themselves.
Requirements
- You are customer-friendly and can easily answer the phone.
- You have Wft Basic, Wft Private Damage and Wft Business Damage, or you can obtain these through us within six months.
- You have an affinity with motorcycles, that is a plus.
- You explain things clearly and kindly, orally and in writing.
- You have experience with customer contact and insurance advice.
- You can submit a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) upon commencement of employment; we will reimburse the costs.
What we offer
- A gross monthly salary between €2,600 and €3,500 based on 40 hours, depending on your knowledge and experience.
- Good additional conditions, such as a 13th month, pension contribution, bonus scheme and travel allowance.
