What are you going to do?
As a Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for the entire order processing process. You maintain contact with customers, provide them with advice, and help offer the best solutions for their transport needs. On a daily basis, you coordinate loading and unloading times with the planning department. You work with enthusiastic, young colleagues who are all focused on direct customer contact, service, and quality. Together with your colleagues, you actively contribute to the professionalization of the internal sales department.

Requirements
- You are available 40 hours per week; other arrangements are negotiable;
- You work from Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM;
- You have at least a completed MBO education or HBO working and thinking level;
- You have 1 to 7 years of demonstrable work experience in customer service or sales support in an international environment;
- You have an affinity with the logistics and transport sector;
- You have a command of the Dutch, English, and/or German language, both spoken and written.
What we offer
- The salary for this position is between €2,800 and €3,000 per month;
- There are opportunities for training and many career advancement possibilities;
- You will receive a contract directly with the client for 7 months with the prospect of a permanent contract;
- Travel allowance is €0.32 cents per km;
