What are you going to do?
As an operational buyer, you are responsible for the entire purchasing process within the client's organization. In this role, you ensure that the right materials and products are available on time and under the right conditions. You have daily contact with suppliers and internal departments and maintain control over delivery times, prices, and inventory levels.
Your duties include, among other things:
- Placing and following up on purchase orders
- Monitoring delivery times and proactively resolving deviations
- Maintaining contact with suppliers regarding price, quality, and availability
- Identifying bottlenecks in the procurement process and suggesting improvements
- Coordinating with logistics and planning to ensure processes run smoothly
As an operational buyer / tactical buyer, you work accurately and know how to adapt quickly when situations change.

You will be working for the client in De Zilk, easily accessible from Noordwijkerhout, Lisse, and Hillegom, among others. Requirements
- Experience in a role as an operational buyer, buyer, or supply chain function
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages
- Strong communication skills and a proactive work attitude
- Accurate and strong in organization
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

- Salary between €3,000 and €4,000 gross per month (depending on experience)
- Work week of 32 to 40 hours (office hours)
