What are you going to do?

You help customers with questions about insurance and ensure they receive clarity quickly and hang up feeling good. With your advice, customers know exactly where they stand and which insurance best suits their situation.

What are you going to do?

  • You answer questions via telephone and email;
  • You advise new and existing customers on motorcycle, car, and other non-life insurance;
  • You build sustainable and personal customer relationships;
  • You identify commercial opportunities and capitalize on them, for example with cross-selling;
  • You contribute ideas for improvements in processes and customer satisfaction;
  • You process administration and policy changes quickly and carefully.

About the employer

The client is a specialist in motorcycle insurance in the Netherlands and Belgium. With approximately 40 colleagues in the Netherlands and 6 in Belgium, the organization is large enough to make an impact, but small enough to remain personal. There is an informal working atmosphere without a formal dress code and without complex structures. Lines of communication are short, and clients often speak with the same contact person. New colleagues receive a trial motorcycle riding lesson to experience the world of motorcycles for themselves.

Requirements

  • You are customer-friendly and answer the phone easily;
  • You possess Wft Basis, Wft Damage Private, and Wft Damage Business, or are willing to obtain them through us within six months;
  • An affinity with engines is a plus;
  • You explain matters clearly and kindly, both verbally and in writing;
  • You have experience with customer contact and providing insurance advice;
  • You can provide a Certificate of Conduct upon commencement of employment, the costs of which will be reimbursed by us.

  • A gross monthly salary between €2,600 and €3,500 based on 40 hours, depending on knowledge and experience;
