What are you going to do?
As a Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for managing customer orders and maintaining relationships with international clients. You work closely with internal departments and ensure that processes run smoothly. The Customer Service Representative maintains an overview, acts quickly, and ensures a high level of service. Your duties include, among others:
- Processing quotations, orders, and contract reviews
- Following up on quotes and managing customer portals
- Coordinating with sales, purchasing, and product management regarding deliveries and customer needs
- Maintaining and expanding customer relationships within an international environment
- Identifying commercial opportunities and improving customer processes
- Monitoring delivery times and ensuring correct administrative processing
- Taking on projects aimed at service improvement and customer satisfaction
About the employer
The organization is active in international aviation logistics and distributes aircraft parts ranging from small components to complete interior parts. In the modern warehouse, accuracy and speed are paramount to dispatching international shipments on time. They work with clear procedures and a global Warehouse Management System that is currently being implemented. Additionally, the focus is on continuous improvement according to the Lean methodology. You will join an international and diverse team with many development opportunities. This location is easily accessible from Leiden, Zoetermeer, Gouda, and Bodegraven, among others.
Requirements
- Good command of the English language, spoken and written
- Experience with ERP systems and administrative processes
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude
- Accurate and good at planning and organizing
- Available full-time (40 hours per week)
- An additional European language is a plus.
