What are you going to do?
As a Customer Service Representative, you are the point of contact for customers from various countries. You assist them with questions and ensure an excellent customer experience. Your duties include, among others:
- Answering questions about orders;
- Processing return requests and refunds;
- Maintaining customer contact via telephone and email;
- The administrative processing of customer data;
- Collaborating with colleagues to help customers quickly and effectively.

Requirements
- You speak and write fluent Dutch, English, and French;
- You are service-oriented and have strong communication skills;
- You work accurately and are solution-oriented;
- You are available full-time.
What we offer
- A salary of €20.00 per hour;
- A full-time position from Monday to Friday (09:00 - 18:00);
- Travel allowance;
