What are you going to do?
As a Customer Service Representative, you are the first point of contact for customers. You ensure that inquiries are handled quickly and professionally and offer appropriate solutions. Your responsibilities include, among other things:
- Answering questions about orders;
- Processing returns and refunds;
- Maintaining contact with customers via email and telephone;
- The administrative processing of customer data and applications;
- Collaborating with internal departments to help customers as best as possible.

Requirements
- You speak and write Dutch and English fluently;
- You have strong communication skills and are customer-oriented;
- You work accurately and know how to maintain an overview;
- You are available full-time.
What we offer
- A salary of €20.00 per hour;
- A full-time job from Monday to Friday (09:00 - 18:00);
- Travel allowance;
- The possibility to work hybrid 2 days a week in the longer term;
