In this versatile role you are not only responsible for attracting new talent, but you also provide support with various HR processes. You play a crucial role within the HR team by carrying out a wide range of tasks. Your responsibilities include supporting the Labor Market Communications Advisor in posting and managing vacancies and proactively adapting recruitment strategies. You also assist the trainer with the logistical aspects of training and support the Arbo & Absenteeism Coordinator with administrative tasks. Your versatile role is essential for the smooth functioning of the HR team. The position can be easily combined with your studies or caring for school-age children. Requirements
- At least a completed MBO education, preferably in HRM;
- Experience in recruitment and absenteeism is a plus, but strong administrative skills are required;
- A passion for HR and ambition to grow in this field;
- Excellent planning and organizational skills with an eye for detail;
- Strong command of the Dutch language, both oral and written;
- Living within a radius of 20 km from the central office;
What we offer
- An annual contract directly with the client;
- A salary between €14 and €16 per hour, depending on experience;
- Flexible working hours: 16 to 24 hours per week spread over 4 or 5 half days, with Friday as a fixed working day;
