What are you going to do?

A leading leasing company is looking for an enthusiastic Support Employee who is committed to the optimal management and design of their leasing application. In this role you are responsible for a range of administrative and operational support tasks. Your focus is on keeping calculation systems up to date, generating object, fleet and sales reports, and you are the daily contact point for both the sales department and other internal departments. With your efforts you contribute to the optimization of processes through system adjustments, setting up correspondence, and improving workflows. This position is sometimes also described as Application Management Assistant, Operational Support Specialist, Administrative Support Employee, Sales Support Coordinator, Lease Administration Employee, Technical, Support Employee, IT Support Employee, Help Desk Employee Lease Applications and Service Desk Employee.

Requirements

  • A completed HBO education.
  • Customer-friendly, enterprising, and energetic in solving application-related issues.
  • Proactive with a flexible and service-oriented attitude.
  • Affinity with working with applications, Excel, SQL, and BI tools.
  • Analytical skills and clear communication.
  • Willingness to take courses for personal development.
  • Good command of the Dutch language, spoken and written.
