Customer Service Consultant in Amersfoort
What are you going to do?
- You are the first point of contact for customers via telephone, email and ticket system, and answer their questions about HelloFlex software.
- You actively monitor incidents, inform customers in a timely manner about progress and ensure that problems are resolved quickly.
- You proactively maintain contact with customers to understand their needs and expectations and increase customer satisfaction.
- You work together with Testers, Development Team and Product Owners to translate technical customer needs into improvements and optimizations.

This position is located in Amersfoort, easily accessible from Utrecht and Hilversum, for example. The client offers a modern, creative workspace in an industrial office building. The company develops comprehensive software solutions for staffing and secondment agencies, with a team of 50-200 colleagues.
Requirements
- MBO or HBO work and thinking level
- Experience in the temporary employment sector is an advantage
- Technical affinity and quick understanding of new systems
- Analytical skills, customer-oriented and flexible
- Good command of the Dutch language
- Available for up to 24 hours per week

- Salary between €2,500 and €3,500 based on 40 hours
- Up to 24 hours per week (in consultation)
