What are you going to do?
As a Production Team Leader, you are responsible for the execution of assembly activities in your department. Together with fellow team leaders, you ensure that production targets are achieved within the set time and quality standards. You draw up a weekly schedule, coordinate activities with production planning and management, and closely monitor progress. With your leadership, you motivate and develop the team and stimulate a culture of continuous improvement. You also work on process optimization, provide clear feedback and ensure a safe and pleasant working environment. You can be deployed flexibly in multiple departments and take over the tasks of fellow team leaders in their absence.

Requirements
- MBO+ work and thinking level;
- Experience as a manager in a serial production process;
- Familiar with LEAN Manufacturing and modern process improvement techniques;
- Good command of Dutch and English;
- Strong communication skills and coaching attitude.
