What are you going to do?
As a Quality Control Employee at our client, you and your colleagues ensure that the products meet the correct quality standards. You will often be found on the shop floor, performing checks and intervening when something does not meet the requirements.
You are given a lot of responsibility and work independently. Even when no Quality Assurance colleague is present, you know how to make the right judgment and decisions.
What are you going to do?
- You take samples according to the sampling schedule and ensure correct registration and processing of the results.
- You investigate incidents and complaints, identify the cause, and monitor whether corrective measures are being properly implemented.
- You identify quality problems and roadblocks, investigate what is going on, and ensure that they are resolved.
- You perform various quality checks, including incoming and outgoing checks, hygiene rounds, glass checks, checks on CM and CCPs, label checks, and sensory tests.
- You support improvements in the workplace and actively contribute ideas on how processes can be improved.
- You participate in audits and help maintain high quality standards.
- You guide and train new employees and help them work according to the correct quality guidelines.
- You work according to the HACCP system and the applicable guidelines for quality and food safety. In doing so, you lead by example.
You will join a Quality team where you work closely with three other Quality Control Employees, a Quality Control Supervisor, and a Quality Control Manager. In addition, you will regularly collaborate with two Quality Assurance Assistants.
Together, you ensure that quality and food safety are in order every day.

Requirements
- Minimum MBO working and thinking level.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a quality role within the food industry.
- Knowledge of HACCP and GFSI.
- Good command of the English language, both spoken and written. Dutch is a plus.
- An accurate, proactive, and independent work attitude.
- Good communication skills. You can clearly explain why certain quality measures are necessary and have the courage to make decisions.
- Good knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Flexibility to work four overlapping shifts. Occasionally, you also work on Saturdays.

- A gross monthly salary between €2,700 and €3,350 on a full-time basis, depending on your knowledge and experience.
- 12 percent shift allowance on top of your salary.
