Are you looking for a challenging role as Quality Manager, Quality Controller or Quality Controller within a leading company? Our client, a leading company in the leasing industry, is looking for a motivated professional to strengthen their team. In this position you are responsible for maintaining and improving business processes to meet ISO requirements and sustainability objectives. Your role includes optimizing the quality management system, analyzing quality and environmental data, managing complaints, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You will work closely with various departments to promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements
- HBO working and thinking level.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in quality management.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001/14001 standards and the ability to implement them practically.
- Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
- Decisive, empathetic and radiating natural authority.
- Enthusiastic, accurate and process-oriented.

- An annual contract with the prospect of a long-term collaboration.
- A competitive salary between €3,700 and €4,400 gross based on a 40-hour working week, depending on experience.
- Working hours between 28 and 32 hours per week, with flexibility in working hours.
