What are you going to do?

Are you a commercial talent with leadership qualities and looking for a new challenge in Eindhoven? We are looking for a Cluster Manager for our group of gas stations, including two manned and one unmanned station. In this role you are the beating heart of the daily operation, responsible for managing teams, sales promotion, store management, customer contact and human resources. You contribute to brand awareness and improvement of the cluster's sales results, alternating with operational tasks such as inventory management and maintaining the unmanned station. This position is an interesting next step if you currently work as, for example, Assistant Store Manager, Assistant Supermarket Manager, Retail Manager, Assistant Manager or Gas Station Manager.

Requirements

  • Minimum MBO level in a commercial direction
  • Experience in a managerial and commercial position
  • Ability to set priorities and be flexible
  • Stress-resistant, creative and ambitious
  • Affinity with the industry and good professional knowledge
  • Experience in the fuel market is an advantage
