What are you going to do?

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and organized person to join the team as Floor Support. As a key member of the Assembly team, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a productive working environment. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. The client is looking for a logistics employee who will supply production during the work being carried out. Do you have a past as a warehouse employee, order picker or production employee? Responsibilities:

  • Arranging and assigning orders to builders based on instructions.
  • Planning complex/large orders to improve productivity and efficiency, together with managers.
  • Encouraging continuous improvement and effective communication.
  • Maintain cleanup standards according to safety regulations.
  • Removal of boxes and waste to proper containers.
  • Merging orders for smooth production.
  • Moving orders from storage to workstation and recording the cart number.
  • Moving carts to the right place.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to prioritize specific work orders.

Requirements

  • Good command of the English language, because only English is spoken on the floor.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication with all departments.
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork skills in a collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours if necessary.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Willingness and ability to perform a variety of tasks in support of the company's short- and long-term goals.

What we offer

  • Your salary is €13.27 per hour
  • In addition to the salary, bonuses can also be earned
