What are you going to do?
As a mail deliverer, you play an essential role in ensuring that all kinds of mail, from birthday cards to important documents, reach their destination on time and accurately. As an experienced bicycle courier, you know your delivery area like no other. Every letter that passes through your hands and slides through the letterbox is something you do with pride. Knowing that a simple card with a personal message puts a smile on the recipient's face fills you with satisfaction.
Your working day starts with collecting the mail from the depot, where you prepare for the daily delivery. Then you jump on your bike and head to your trusted delivery area. There you independently take responsibility for delivering each letter to the correct destination. Not only is this a task of great responsibility, but it also provides an excellent way to stay active. Fortunately, you don't have to worry about lifting heavy loads since your rack will carry most of the weight.
About the employer
Our customer plays an essential role in facilitating the connection between customers and their postal and parcel services. We are currently looking for driven deliverers who want to work together in delivering letterbox mail.
Are you from the region of Amsterdam, Haarlem, Zaanstad, Oostzaan, Haarlemmermeer, Amstelveen, Westzaan, Zwanenburg or Landsmeer? Then this might be something for you!
Requirements
- Own sturdy bicycle with an iron luggage carrier;
- Proficiency in the Dutch and/or English language;
- Smartphone to use during your work.
What we offer
- Salary of €13.27 per hour;
- Working hours between 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM from Tuesday to Saturday, 5 hours per shift (it is also possible to work more or fewer days per week);
- Full-time / part-time options;
- Reimbursement for your bicycle and smartphone;
- Temporary employment contract with the prospect of permanent employment;

- Travel allowance.
