What are you going to do?
As an Ocean Export Agent, you are responsible for the smooth running of international sea freight shipments. You ensure that export processes are handled correctly and serve as the point of contact for clients, carriers, and international partners. In this role, you work accurately, maintain an overview of multiple files simultaneously, and ensure that shipments reach their destination on time.
Your duties include processing export documentation, tracking shipments, maintaining contact with clients and shipping companies, and ensuring correct administrative handling. Additionally, you monitor the progress of transports, resolve any bottlenecks, and ensure excellent service. As an Ocean Export Agent, you actively contribute to efficient logistics processes and high customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in logistics, transport, or forwarding
- Good command of the English language, spoken and written
- Experience with Microsoft Office and administrative systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Accurate and proactive work attitude

- Salary between €3,000 and €3,600 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience
