What are you going to do?
As an Online Team Leader at our customer in Bleiswijk, you are responsible for overseeing various outgoing processes for online orders of smaller products. This role involves managing day-to-day operations and ensuring effective collaboration within the team and with other departments. The Team Leader plays a crucial role in motivating team members and leading during change, focusing on aligning the team's efforts with both organizational and personal goals. Fostering the culture that prioritizes high quality and productivity improvements is an important part of the role.
In addition, as a Team Leader you will be responsible for building a diverse and effective team, guiding the recruitment process, training new staff and holding regular performance management conversations to drive team development. Good collaboration with other teams is a key aspect of this position. The Team Leader is also concerned with critical problems within their area of specialization and maintaining current work instructions and training records.
Creating and managing performance reports for management is another important task. Furthermore, the role includes leading daily team meetings to discuss previous results and plan for the day ahead. In the absence of the manager, the Team Leader is responsible for taking over managerial duties to ensure smooth continuation of operations. A deep understanding of the outbound processes is essential to effectively support daily operations and manage critical situations.

Requirements
- Mastery of both the Dutch and English language;
- At least 3 years of work experience as a manager in a logistics position;
- Strong leadership and management skills;
- The ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
What we offer
- A starting salary between €3,200 and €3,400 per month (based on experience);
- Full-time position from Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM;
- A contract directly with the client himself;
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer (from 10 km).
