What are you going to do?
As Team Leader Logistics, you are responsible for the daily management of a team of 30 to 35 operators in a fully automated logistics work environment. You ensure that the processing of dry groceries (DKW) and fresh products runs smoothly, efficiently and on time. You provide structure, address colleagues where necessary and are able to quickly identify areas for improvement. During your shifts as 'shift lead', you are in charge of the entire distribution center, managing more than 100 employees. You work in a 4-shift system, with morning, evening and night shifts, including weekends. This role is ideal for someone who gets energy from a technical and dynamic environment and has ambitions to grow into a managerial position at operational level.

The position of Team Leader Logistics is located in Bleiswijk, easily accessible from Rotterdam, Zoetermeer and Gouda. Requirements
- HBO work and thinking level, preferably in the direction of logistics or technology
- Experience in a managerial role within a logistics or automated environment
- Knowledge of HACCP, quality standards, safety policy and lean methodologies
- Good command of both Dutch and English
- Flexible deployment in a 4-shift system, including nights and weekends
What we offer
- Gross monthly salary between €3,564 and €4,536
- Average shift allowance of approximately 14% on top of your salary
- Salary payment every four weeks (13 times per year)
- 37 hour workweek with payment for 40 hours
- 24 days of vacation with a full-time employment contract
- 8% holiday pay and a travel allowance
- Bonus for absence of illness up to 120% of your gross weekly salary
