Temporary production employee in Alkmaar
What are you going to do?
For a temporary project of two to three weeks we are looking for production employees in Alkmaar. Making sure that the mail ends up in the mailbag with the right delivery person: for that you have to work precisely and together with your colleagues make sure that all mail goes out the door every day.
As a mail preparer, you work at one of PostNL's sorting locations. Together with your colleagues, you have the responsible task of sorting mail. Then you make bundles of the mail and put them in the right order in bags for our mail deliverers. It is important that you are organized and precise, because your work ensures that our mail deliverers can deliver the mail correctly and on time.
About the employer
Our client is one of the largest players in the field of mail delivery in the Netherlands. For this vacancy it is important that you live near Alkmaar, Purmerend or Hoorn. The company is not very accessible by public transport, so it is important that you are from the area or have your own transport.
Requirements
- You are available from Monday to Friday;
- The start time is from 08:00. You will work approximately 5 to 6 hours per day;
- You work neatly and pay attention;
- You keep a cool head when things are busy;
- You continue until the work is completely finished;
- You have a good command of the Dutch and/or English language;
What we offer
- The salary for this position is €14.06 per hour;
- You get 5 weeks of vacation per year (this is based on full-time employment);
- In May you will receive holiday pay (8% of your gross salary);
- You will receive a travel allowance if you live further than 6 km;
- We contribute to your pension (from the age of 21);
