What are you going to do?

For an innovative and fast-growing e-commerce company in the flower sector, we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Fulfilment Line Lead. In this role, you are responsible for managing a specific fulfilment line within the modern warehouse in Amstelveen. You plan and coordinate the work of your team on a daily basis, monitor progress and make adjustments where necessary to ensure that thousands of orders are processed on time, efficiently and with the highest quality standards.

As the right hand of the Fulfilment Manager, you are a key figure in the operation. You motivate, coach and guide team members in their daily tasks and create a positive working atmosphere in which colleagues feel valued. You ensure a safe and well-organized workplace, support new employees during their onboarding and act as a point of contact for operational questions.

In addition, you actively contribute to optimizing processes in the areas of productivity, quality, safety and collaboration. You monitor performance, identify bottlenecks and report daily to the Fulfilment Manager. You work closely with other team leads, operators and support departments to jointly ensure smooth operations and an optimal customer experience. This role requires a hands-on mentality, a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to maintain an overview in a dynamic work environment.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a management position within fulfillment or production
  • Strong communication skills in English and Polish
  • Experience in managing and motivating a team
  • Ability to plan and complete work on time
  • Hands-on mentality and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with digital tools and systems
  • Positive and respectful attitude towards colleagues
  • Stress-resistant and flexible with changing priorities
  • Willingness to work alternately on Saturdays

What we offer

  • A gross hourly wage of €17.50 (approx. €3,030 per month based on 40 hours);
  • Directly a contract with the client;
  • Full-time employment of 40 hours per week (working hours 10:00 am – 7:00 pm)
