What are you going to do?
For a logistics function within the food industry, a cooperating foreman logistics is being sought for the repacking department. This department is responsible for repackaging meat products for various customers, including retailers and wholesalers, where precision, food safety and speed are central. In this role, you combine operational cooperation with managing a team of logistics employees.
As a cooperating foreman, you are responsible for organizing, coordinating and optimizing the daily activities within the repacking department. You ensure efficient task distribution, monitor the progress of processes and make adjustments where necessary. You are the first point of contact on the work floor and actively interact with the team leader, quality department and other departments such as production, planning and shipping.
In addition to your coordinating tasks, you will also help receive, check, move and prepare products that come in from the production department. You will ensure that the products are processed correctly in accordance with the applicable hygiene and quality standards (HACCP) and actively contribute to a clean and safe working environment. Because you work in a refrigerated space (0 to 7 degrees), you are expected to be flexible and physically fit.
You are someone who maintains an overview, switches quickly and knows how to motivate employees to achieve the best result together. You have an eye for improvement opportunities within the process and contribute ideas to increase efficiency. In this responsible position, you make an important contribution to a smoothly running logistics process in a crucial link in the food chain on a daily basis.

Requirements
- Demonstrable experience within a logistics environment
- Experience with (or ambition to) manage colleagues
- Stress-resistant and decisive, with an eye for safety and quality
- Good command of the Dutch language
- Willingness to work in a refrigerated environment (0 to 7 degrees)
- Flexible and willing to work in staggered day shifts
- Possession of a valid reach truck certificate is an advantage.

- Temporary employment contract with the prospect of permanent employment
- Gross monthly salary between €2800 and €3600, depending on experience
- Working in staggered day shifts (between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM)
