What are you going to do?
As Team Leader DC you are responsible for the daily management of a team of approximately 10 to 15 employees within the distribution center in Beverwijk. You ensure that the work runs smoothly and is carried out within the set guidelines. You are a point of contact for your team, handle incidents and ensure a safe and efficient working environment. You actively participate on the floor and are versatile: from order picking to goods receipt, webshop and replenishment. In the absence of the Assistant Warehouse Manager, you take over his tasks together with your fellow team leaders.

You will be working for a major logistics player with a distribution center in Beverwijk, easily accessible from Haarlem, Alkmaar, Zaandam and Amsterdam. The team consists of approximately 130 distribution employees, 8 team leaders and a professional management team. Within this dynamic environment, cooperation is central, and there is plenty of room for personal growth. You will be working in an energetic team that works daily to support an important mission in the retail sector. The atmosphere is informal and involved.
Requirements
- Minimum MBO work and thinking level
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role within logistics
- People-oriented attitude with empathy and an eye for processes
- Independent, accurate and stress-resistant
- Willing to work early shifts (5:45am - 2:15pm)

- A salary between €3,000 and €3,500 gross per month (based on full-time)
- A working week of 32 to 40 hours, depending on your preference
