What are you going to do?
In this role as a Machine operator (also known as a technical operator or production machine operator) you are responsible for:
- Ensuring the smooth running of the mechanized distribution process: you operate workstations/machines in a modern and automated distribution center.
- Prevent faults and, if necessary, resolve them quickly and adequately, including reporting and analysis of fault cases.
- Working in accordance with hygiene regulations and safety instructions, so that everything continues to run safely and efficiently.

The location is easily accessible from surrounding areas such as Zoetermeer, The Hague, Rotterdam, and Delft. Please note: own transportation is required as the work is done in shifts, including night shifts. Public transportation is not an option during these hours.

Requirements

- You have your own transportation due to the shift work
What we offer
- Salary between €2,300 and €2,700 gross per 4 weeks, excluding allowances (up to €3,400 included)
- Attractive benefits:
Monday–Friday 8:00–10:00 PM → +25%
Monday–Friday 10pm–6am → +50%
Saturday 06:00–18:00 → +30%
Saturday evening, nights & Sunday → +50%
Holidays → +100% - Average of 37 hours per week, while you are paid for 40 hours
- No-sickness bonus up to 120% of your gross weekly salary
