What are you going to do?
- You will manage your fulfillment line on a daily basis within the warehouse in Amstelveen
- You ensure that thousands of orders are processed on time, without errors and efficiently.
- You coordinate activities and make adjustments where necessary
- You guide new colleagues and create a positive and safe working environment
- You are the point of contact on the work floor and support the Fulfilment Manager
- You contribute to process improvements and report on bottlenecks and performance
- You interact with other team leads, operators and departments such as planning and support

Requirements
- At least 1 year of management experience in logistics, fulfillment or production
- You speak English and Polish well
- You can plan, motivate and maintain an overview
- You have a hands-on mentality and remain calm when busy
- Flexible deployment (willing to work on Saturdays occasionally)
What we offer
- Gross monthly salary of €3,030 (€17.50 per hour)
- Directly under contract with the client
- Full-time employment (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
- 24 days of vacation + option to purchase 5 additional days
