What are you going to do?
As a Control Room Operator (also known as a Control Room Operator), you are responsible for managing, monitoring, and adjusting the logistics process in the distribution center in Bleiswijk. You identify operational disruptions, propose improvements to optimize processes, and support the use of technical and operational systems. You also manage inventory, accurately monitor inventory data, and identify anomalies. You regularly generate reports and analyses to inform your colleagues about process performance. You work in shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends, and receive allowances for work outside regular hours.

This location is centrally located and easily accessible from surrounding areas such as Zoetermeer, Rotterdam, The Hague, and Delft. The distribution center operates almost 24/7, making you part of a modern, dynamic organization that prioritizes automated processes and sustainability.
Requirements
- MBO-4 or HBO diploma in a logistics field, or you are in the final phase of an HBO course.
- Affinity with automated logistics processes, preferably within retail.
- Excellent command of the Dutch language (oral and written) and good command of English.
- High degree of flexibility: you are willing to work in shifts (including evenings, nights and weekends).
What we offer
- A salary of €2,700 – €3,300 gross per month for a 40-hour working week, excluding allowances.
- Including allowances, the salary can be up to €3,750.
- You get paid for 40 hours, while you only have to work 37 hours.
- 24 days of holiday per year (based on 40 hours), travel allowance and 8% holiday pay.
- Non-sickness bonus, up to a maximum of 120% of your gross weekly salary.
- 10% discount on your groceries, up to a maximum of €500 per year, paid out through your salary.
- Individual training budget and a free fitness room + health check at the service center.
