What are you going to do?
As a Working Foreman, you're the key player in daily warehouse operations. You combine leadership with active participation on the work floor. You provide structure, monitor the quality of work, and are the first point of contact for your team. You're responsible for deploying people and resources, and you know exactly what's needed to keep everything running smoothly.
What are you going to do:
- Daily planning and management of the operational team
- Monitor the quality and progress of the work
- Provide sufficient resources and materials
- First point of contact for team members and internal customers
- Training and guiding new employees
- Identifying and resolving bottlenecks in the process
About the employer
The client operates as a logistics service provider in the pharmaceutical, telecommunications, and technology sectors, handling a variety of products. These include medicines, mobile phones, televisions, and CT scanners. The modern warehouse covers approximately 16,000 m² and is almost fully automated. Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a logistics or similar role
- Experience with WMS and knowledge of logistics processes
- You are stress-resistant, quality-oriented and good at organizing
- You take responsibility and know how to motivate a team
- You speak Dutch and/or English
What we offer
- Temporary employment contract with a view to permanent employment
- Salary between €15.86 and €17.30 per hour, depending on experience
