What are you going to do?
As a Warehouse Employee, you'll work within a professional team at a regular customer's location. You'll ensure the smooth processing of incoming and outgoing goods and actively contribute to high customer satisfaction. You'll perform both physical and administrative tasks, and be jointly responsible for inventory management and meeting agreed-upon deadlines (SLA/SOP).
What are you going to do:
- Unpack, check and process incoming goods
- Pick, check and prepare orders for shipment
- Performing inventory checks and counts
- Administrative processing of logistics actions
- Consult with colleagues to coordinate work processes properly
About the employer
The client operates as a logistics service provider in the pharmaceutical, telecommunications, and technology sectors, handling a variety of products. These include medicines, mobile phones, televisions, and CT scanners. The modern warehouse covers approximately 16,000 m² and is almost fully automated. If you live in the Amsterdam, Haarlem, Zaanstad, or Haarlemmermeer area and are looking for a large logistics company, this might be the perfect fit for you.
Requirements
- Good command of the Dutch and/or English language
- You are physically able to lift boxes up to 20 kg
- You work accurately and have an eye for quality.
- You switch quickly and communicate clearly with colleagues
- Experience with order picking trucks, EPT or forklift/reach truck is an advantage
- You can do mental arithmetic and work in a structured manner
