What are you going to do?
As a Control Room employee (also known as a Control Room Operator), you are responsible for managing, monitoring, and adjusting the logistics process in the distribution center. You identify operational disruptions, propose improvements to optimize processes, and support the use of technical and operational systems. You also manage inventory, accurately monitor stock data, and identify anomalies. You regularly generate reports and analyses to inform your colleagues about process performance. You work in shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends, and receive allowances for work outside regular hours.

Requirements
- MBO-4 or HBO diploma in a logistics field, or you are in the final phase of an HBO course.
- Affinity with automated logistics processes, preferably within retail.
- Excellent command of the Dutch language (oral and written) and good command of English.
- High degree of flexibility: you are willing to work in shifts (including evenings, nights and weekends).
What we offer
