What are you going to do?
As a Process Operator in the Business Office, you're the liaison between customers, the warehouse, and planning. You'll ensure that order and inbound processes run smoothly, oversee administrative tasks, and maintain clear communication with internal teams and customers. Your responsibilities include:
- Processing and planning of B2B and B2C orders, including rush orders.
- Organizing transports in collaboration with planning.
- Preparing shipping labels, CMRs, and KPI reports.
- Tracking inventory changes and administration in WMS systems.
- Actively contribute to process improvements and achieving KPIs.

Requirements
- MBO+ or HBO work and thinking level, preferably in logistics or planning.
- At least 2 years of experience in a logistics environment.
- Good command of Dutch and English.
- Experience with WMS systems and insight into logistics processes.
- Proactive attitude and communication skills.
- Willingness to work on-site (not hybrid).

- Gross monthly salary between €2,800 and €3,500 based on 38.75 hours per week.
