What are you going to do?
As an Assistant Team Leader for Manual Order Picking, you'll provide daily operational support to the team of order pickers. You'll monitor work progress, check quality, and assist where needed. Together with the team leader, you'll ensure optimal planning and a smooth process. You'll oversee the correct picking of products and ensure all orders are ready for shipment on time. You'll also motivate your colleagues, mentor new employees, and help resolve any bottlenecks in the process.

Requirements
- MBO work and thinking level
- You speak Dutch & English
- Experience with manual order picking is an advantage
- You have coaching skills and know how to motivate people
- You are accurate, physically fit and enjoy working in a team
What we offer
- Gross monthly salary between €2,900 and €3,500, depending on experience
- Full-time position of 40 hours per week, working in shifts
- Shift allowances and a fair travel allowance
- 8% holiday allowance and 24 days of holiday per year
