What are you going to do?
As Assistant Team Leader Returns & Shipping, you'll be the team leader's right-hand man in the returns and shipping department at the Bleiswijk distribution center. You'll coordinate daily operations, monitor the progress of returns, and ensure that outgoing goods are ready for transport on time and correctly. You'll be responsible for checking returned items, directing employees, and resolving operational issues. You'll work in shifts (mornings, afternoons, and evenings) to ensure a smooth and efficient process together with the team.

Requirements
- MBO level 3 or 4, preferably in logistics
- At least 2 years of logistics work experience with managerial tasks
- Good command of the Dutch and English language
- Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Proactive attitude and strong communication skills
What we offer
- Gross monthly salary between €2,900 and €3,500, depending on experience
- Up to 100% extra surcharge for irregular services
- 13x salary per year and travel allowance
- You are paid for 40 hours, but work an average of 37 hours per week
- 24 days of vacation + 8% holiday allowance
