What are you going to do?
As a Business Office employee, you'll be the link between the warehouse, planning, and the customer. You'll oversee logistics processes and ensure administrative compliance. Your responsibilities include:
- Processing and planning of B2B and B2C orders, including urgent orders
- Arranging transport in collaboration with planning
- Preparing shipping labels, CMR documents and reports
- Administrative processing of stock changes in the WMS system
- Thinking about improvements in processes and achieving KPIs

Requirements
- MBO+ or HBO work and thinking level, preferably in the direction of logistics or supply chain
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a logistics environment
- Experience with WMS systems
- Good command of the Dutch and English language
- Strong communication skills and solution-oriented thinking
- Willingness to work fully on location
What we offer
- Salary between €2,800 and €3,500 gross per month for a 38.75-hour working week
- 8% holiday allowance
