What are you going to do?

Are you a strong organizer and can easily connect drivers, customers, and planning? In this role, you'll ensure the logistics run smoothly every day. You'll be the single point of contact for drivers and oversee a tight, efficient, and service-oriented schedule. You'll work in a growing family business where reliability, commitment, and entrepreneurship are paramount.

What are you going to do?

As a logistics planner, you oversee the entire logistics operation. You plan trips intelligently, ensure drivers are well-prepared for their departure, and ensure customers are served on time. You maintain control over both the schedule and the fleet.

Your duties:

  • Point of contact for drivers.
  • Drawing up trip and route schedules within the Netherlands.
  • Fleet management and control.
  • Supporting pick-up customers and processing orders.
  • Registering transports within the Netherlands and other EU countries.
  • Processing logistical and administrative data in the systems.
  • Identifying bottlenecks and brainstorming about improvements.
  • Handling various daily logistics tasks.

Requirements

  • You have a vocational education (MBO) work and thinking level.
  • You have experience in transport administration, logistics, or planning. New starters with relevant qualifications are also welcome.
  • You communicate easily with drivers and colleagues.
  • You maintain an overview even under time pressure.
  • You work accurately and think in solutions.
  • You have a good command of Dutch. English is a plus.
  • You have experience with ERP systems and are proficient in MS Office.
