Warehouse employee evening shift at Schiphol-Rijk
What are you going to do?
In this role, you'll work in the outbound department and be responsible for processing all outgoing goods. You'll use the warehouse system to record everything correctly and efficiently. During your first month, you'll work the day shift, where you'll receive full training and guidance. After this training period, you'll transition to the evening shift. For evening shift work, it's important that you have your own transportation to travel to the work location.
Your duties as a warehouse employee are:
- Checking for quantities and quality
- Processing outgoing goods
- Sporadic work with a forklift or reach truck
About the employer
The client is a logistics service provider active in the pharmaceutical, telecommunications, and technology sectors. They handle a wide range of products, including medicines, mobile phones, televisions, and even CT scanners. The modern warehouse covers approximately 16,000 m² and is largely automated, ensuring efficient and accurate logistics processing. Requirements
- In this full-time position you will work from Monday to Thursday and on Sundays.
- Monday through Thursday, working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. On Sunday, working hours are from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
- You must be able to apply for a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG). We will cover the costs.
- Good command of the Dutch or English language is required.
- Experience on the reach truck
What we offer
- You will receive a salary between €14.71 and €15.50 gross per hour, depending on your experience.
- For working on Sundays you will receive a 20% surcharge on top of your salary.
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer.
- Holiday pay and holiday hours
- Free parking.
- A full-time employment contract for a longer period of time.
- You'll start with a temporary employment contract through us. If you perform well, there's a clear prospect of a permanent position with our client.
- We pay your salary every 4 weeks.
