What are you going to do?
For the position of part-time Control Room employee, we are looking for candidates with a good command of the Dutch language and a completed or ongoing logistics education at at least MBO-4 level.
As a Control Room employee, you'll work at the heart of the logistics process within a modern distribution center in Bleiswijk. You'll monitor and manage operations from the control room, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You'll:
- monitors and controls logistics processes through various systems
- identifies deviations and resolves operational disruptions immediately
- supports colleagues in system use and inventory management
- prepares reports and analyzes process data
- works according to a schedule with fixed deployment on Sundays and additional day or evening shifts
- receives allowances for work outside regular working hours

Requirements
- Good command of the Dutch language (mandatory, both oral and written)
- Minimum MBO-4 work and thinking level, with a completed or ongoing logistics training
- Demonstrable affinity with logistics processes and automation
- Willingness to work according to a schedule with fixed Sunday hours
What we offer
- Salary between €2,900 and €3,500 gross per month (full-time), with allowances up to approximately €3,750 gross per month
- Part-time position with fixed Sunday hours and additional shifts
- Surcharges for evening, night and weekend shifts
- 24 days of vacation (pro rata) and 8% holiday pay
