Forklift driver in Middelburg
What are you going to do?
As a forklift driver, you play an important role within the logistics process. You are responsible for receiving, checking, loading, and unloading goods. Using the forklift, you move pallets within the warehouse and on the outdoor premises. You spend approximately half of your working time picking orders with the forklift. The remaining time is spent assisting with lifting and packing heavy construction materials. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that all goods are safely and clearly ready for transport.
About the employer
You will be working for a large building materials company with a wide range of products, varying from wood to finishing products. The organization is active internationally and has been experiencing strong growth since 2015. The work location for this position is in Middelburg. If you live in the area of Vlissingen, Koudekerke, Arnemuiden, or Oost-Souburg, the location is easily accessible.
Requirements
- You are available full-time and can start at 06:00, 07:00 or 09:00;
- You have experience driving a forklift;
- You are physically capable of performing heavy work and standing for extended periods;
- You are proficient in the Dutch or English language.
