What are you going to do?
As an All-round Logistics Employee, you will work in a modern 40,000 m² distribution center, where thousands of orders are processed and shipped daily to customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and France. Through a cross-training program, you will be trained to be deployable in various departments within the logistics process.
You are responsible for collecting products based on digital order lists, checking and packing shipments, and correctly preparing packages for dispatch. Additionally, you perform quality checks, manage inventory information, and identify any errors or deviations in the process. During busy periods, you may occasionally be required to work on Saturdays.
In the role of All-round Logistics Employee, you contribute to the efficient flow of the logistics process and have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and the reliability of deliveries.

The client started over fifty years ago as a family business with a tool shop in Gouda. Since then, the organization has grown into a well-known supplier of machines, tools, and accessories. The assortment consists of more than 9,000 products, divided into seven categories: workshop equipment, tools, construction, automotive, metalworking, woodworking, and outdoor & garden.
The customer considers it important that good tools are accessible to everyone and therefore maintains competitive and fair prices. The range is continuously expanded so that customers can find everything they need for their workshop. The growth of the organization is due to expertise, ambition, and the drive to constantly develop itself.
The location in Waddinxveen is easily accessible by car, but less so by public transport. It is therefore important that you live in the area or have your own transport. If you live in Zoetermeer, Gouda, Boskoop, Rotterdam, or The Hague, for example, the work location is easily accessible by car.
Requirements
- Good command of the Dutch or English language;
- Available from Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 18:00;
- Experience working with an EPT;
- Flexible and able to work well together;
- Physically capable of performing active work in a warehouse environment.
What we offer
- Salary of €15.57 per hour;
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per km;
- An agency contract with the prospect of a permanent position in the form of a permanent contract.
