What are you going to do?
As an All-round Logistics Employee, you will work in a modern 40,000 m² distribution center, where thousands of orders are processed and shipped daily to customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and France. Thanks to an extensive cross-training program, you will be trained to work in various departments within the logistics process, ensuring that no workday is the same.
You are responsible for collecting products based on digital order lists, checking and packing shipments, and correctly preparing packages for dispatch. Additionally, you perform quality checks, maintain inventory information, and identify any deviations or errors within the process. During busy periods, you may occasionally be required to work on Saturdays.
In this role as an All-round Logistics Employee, you make an important contribution to a smooth and efficient logistics process. In doing so, you have a direct impact on the reliability of deliveries and customer satisfaction. This position is also often described as a logistics employee, warehouse worker, or warehousing employee, offering ample opportunities for further development within the logistics sector.

You will be working for the client in Waddinxveen, an organization that started over fifty years ago as a family business with a tool shop in Gouda. Since then, the client has grown into a well-known supplier of machines, tools, and accessories. The assortment consists of more than 9,000 products, divided across various categories, including workshop equipment, tools, construction, automotive, metalworking, woodworking, and outdoor & garden.
The client strives to make high-quality tools accessible to everyone and therefore maintains competitive and fair prices. The assortment is constantly being expanded so that customers can always count on a complete range for their workshop. You will join a dynamic work environment where development and collaboration are central. The location in Waddinxveen is easily accessible by car, making your own transport desirable. If you live in the area of Gouda, Boskoop, Zoetermeer, Rotterdam, or The Hague, the work location is easily accessible.
Requirements
- You have a good command of the Dutch and/or English language;
- You are available from Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 18:00;
- You have experience working with an EPT (Electric Pallet Truck);
- You are flexible and can work well within a team;
- You are physically capable of performing active work in a warehouse environment.
What we offer
- A gross hourly wage of €15.57;
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer;
- An agency contract with the prospect of permanent employment with the client;
