What are you going to do?
Do you like starting early and naturally take the lead? As Morning Shift Foreman in Bleiswijk, you combine leading with actively participating in the logistics operation. About the employer
The client is a major logistics chain partner within the international floriculture industry. From a modern distribution center in Bleiswijk, indoor and outdoor plants are processed and shipped daily to retailers in various European countries. Quality, sustainability, and smart logistics solutions are central to the operation. The location is easily accessible by private transport from Zoetermeer, Bergschenhoek, Rotterdam, Gouda, and surrounding areas, among others. Due to its location near major arterial roads, the early shift can be easily combined with living in the region.
Requirements
- MBO 3 or 4 working and thinking level, preferably in logistics, engineering, or supply chain;
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a logistics or operational environment;
- Experience managing or guiding colleagues;
- Knowledge of inbound, distribution, forwarding, or similar processes;
- Experience with scanners and a WMS system;
- Good command of Dutch and English;
- Own transport and availability for occasional work on Saturdays.
What we offer
- A salary of €3,000 to €3,575 gross per month, depending on experience and excluding allowances;
- Working hours from 06:00 to 15:00, Monday to Friday;
- Irregularity allowances, where applicable;
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer;
