What are you going to do?
As an Operator, you work in a production environment where quality and accuracy are paramount. You are responsible for executing production processes according to established procedures, safety regulations, and quality guidelines. You work within one of the production departments and focus on operating and monitoring equipment, performing checks, and identifying deviations.
As an Operator, you ensure the correct execution of the daily production plan together with your colleagues. You work according to GMP guidelines, SOPs, work instructions, and quality standards. Additionally, you perform checks during critical steps in the process and contribute to improvements to equipment and working methods.
You start with an extensive introductory program of approximately two months, during which you learn everything about the department, machines, processes, and quality requirements. The position operates on a 5-shift system consisting of two morning shifts, two afternoon shifts, two night shifts, followed by four days off.

The client is located in Tilburg and is easily accessible from Breda, Waalwijk, Oosterhout, and Den Bosch, among others. The location is easily accessible for candidates who would like to work in a professional production environment.
The client is engaged in the development and production of commercial medicines in the form of softgel capsules. Quality is paramount within this organization, and work is carried out according to strict pharmaceutical guidelines. New colleagues receive an extensive onboarding program to become thoroughly familiar with the processes and quality standards. Much attention is paid to development and long-term collaboration.
Requirements
- MBO working and thinking level, preferably with an Operator-A certificate or equivalent level
- Good command of the Dutch language, spoken and written (minimum B1 level)
- Willingness to work in a 5-shift system
- Accurate and responsible work attitude
- Eagerness to learn and willingness to learn new processes and techniques
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of GMP and safety guidelines is an advantage.
What we offer
- A salary of €18.00 to €19.00 gross per hour
- A full-time position of 37 hours per week
- Working hours in a 5-shift system: 07:00-15:30, 15:00-23:30 and 23:00-07:30
