What are you going to do?
As a Reach Truck Driver in Waddinxveen, you ensure that goods are moved safely and efficiently through the warehouse. Using the reach truck, you place pallets in the correct locations and replenish stock so that the logistics process can continue without delay.
You supply goods to the order picking department, process incoming goods, and ensure that outgoing shipments are ready on time. Additionally, you check products for quantities and any damage, and report discrepancies when you encounter them.
As a Reach Truck Driver, you work in accordance with applicable safety regulations and, together with your colleagues, ensure a neat and organized workplace. Thanks to your meticulous way of working, stock and goods flows remain in order, and orders can be processed and shipped on time.
About the employer
You will be working as a Reach Truck Driver for the client in Waddinxveen. The client started as a family business over fifty years ago and has since grown into a major supplier of machines, tools, and accessories. The product range consists of more than 9,000 products for workshops, construction, automotive, metalworking, woodworking, and gardening, among others. You will be working in a growing logistics organization where collaboration and process improvement are important. The location in Waddinxveen is easily accessible by car, so having your own transport is desirable. The work location is easily accessible from Gouda, Boskoop, Zoetermeer, Rotterdam, and The Hague, among others.
Requirements
- You have a good command of the Dutch and/or English language.
- You have a valid reach truck certificate.
- You have experience operating a reach truck.
- You are available from Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 18:00.
What we offer
- A gross hourly wage of €16.03.
- A travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometer.
- A full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 18:00.
- An agency contract with the prospect of permanent employment with the client.
