What are you going to do?
As a Forklift Driver in Zoeterwoude-Rijndijk, you ensure that goods are moved safely and efficiently through the warehouse. Using the forklift, you transport kegs and other materials to the correct location and assist with loading and unloading trucks.
Your duties include, among other things:
- Moving kegs and other goods with the forklift.
- Loading and unloading trucks.
- Stacking and placing goods in containers.
- Checking whether goods end up at the correct location.
- Safely maneuvering in the warehouse and around containers.
- Working in accordance with the applicable safety regulations.
- Following work instructions accurately.
As a Forklift Driver, it is important that you work alertly and can accurately judge available space while driving and stacking. You can be deployed in day shifts, 2-shift, or 3-shift rotations. The applicable shift schedule will be determined in consultation. Experience as a forklift operator or warehouse worker with forklift experience is also a good fit for this position.

You will be working at the client's location in Zoeterwoude-Rijndijk. The client provides industrial solutions for various sectors, including the beverage industry. You will collaborate with colleagues within a professional production and logistics environment. The location has limited accessibility by public transport, making private transportation necessary. Zoeterwoude-Rijndijk is easily accessible by car from Leiden, Alphen aan den Rijn, Zoetermeer, and The Hague, among others.
Requirements
- You speak Dutch or English.
- You are available full-time and at least 18 years old.
- You possess a valid forklift certificate.
- You are willing to work day shifts or rotating shifts.
- You have your own transport.
What we offer
- A gross hourly wage between €17.43 and €18.66 for shift work, including the corresponding shift allowance.
- €17.43 gross per hour in the 2-shift system.
- €18.66 gross per hour in the 3-shift system.
- Choice of day shift, 2-shift or 3-shift system, depending on available options.
- Working hours from 07:00 to 15:00, 15:00 to 23:00, and 23:00 to 07:00, depending on your schedule.
- A travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer from 10 kilometers.
- Holiday pay and holiday hours in accordance with the applicable collective labour agreement.
- Pension accrual with a contribution from Apics Flexjobs.
