What are you going to do?
As Logistics Team Leader, you are the point of contact on the shop floor in a modern warehouse in Zoeterwoude. You organize and manage the daily logistics operation. Managing operational staff, creating the staff schedule, tracking hours, and managing absences are among your responsibilities. You ensure that processes run efficiently and that everyone on the team knows what is expected of them.
An average workday starts with a handover between the shifts. You coordinate with your team, distribute tasks, and monitor progress. You identify bottlenecks in a timely manner and resolve them together with your colleagues. You work directly with various departments and use logistics systems such as SAP and WMS Sattstore. You work in a 2-shift system between 06:15 and 22:45. Working overtime or occasionally on weekends is sometimes part of the job, but you do this together with a dedicated team.

Requirements
- Minimum MBO working and thinking level
- Demonstrable experience as a manager in logistics (minimum 2 to 5 years)
- Proficient in English and Dutch, both spoken and written
- In possession of a valid forklift certificate
- Experience with SAP, WMS Sattstore and MS Office
- Strong in planning, organizing, and communicating
- Flexible and willing to work in shifts
- Good at collaboration and problem-solving
What we offer
- Market-rate salary between €3,800 and €4,800 gross per month
- Shift allowance of 8.75% on top of your salary
- Full-time employment of 40 hours per week
