Warehouse worker in Oud Gastel
What are you going to do?
As a production worker, you ensure that the mail is prepared correctly for delivery. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible daily for sorting, bundling, and organizing the mail. You then place everything into the correct bags so that the mail carriers can start their routes immediately. During your work, it is important that you work accurately and in a structured manner so that all mail reaches the correct destination on time. The duration of your workday depends on the volume of mail that needs to be processed. On quiet days, you finish earlier, while on busier days you work a little longer.
The working days are from Tuesday to Friday.
The working hours are from 05:30 to 10:30.
About the employer
Our client is one of the largest postal companies in the Netherlands. For this position, it is important that you live in the vicinity of Oud Gastel, Roosendaal, Etten-Leur, Zutphen, Bergen op Zoom, or Zevenbergen. The work location is easily accessible by both car and public transport.
Requirements
- You are motivated to keep working until all tasks are completed;
- You have a command of the Dutch and/or English language.
What we offer
- A gross hourly wage of €14.99, with a surcharge of 40% between 04:00 and 06:00 and 20% between 06:00 and 08:00;
- A travel allowance of €0.22 per kilometer starting from 6 kilometers.
